What was the highlight of Hotel 2016 Manila
Great for a budget friendly staycation!
The people are friendly. Their food is good and the best thing is they don't charge corkage fees, so if you're on a budget, you can have cheaper food delivered (or grab some from nearby stores.) It's really close to malls (and manila zoo) as well.
Nothing special about the exterior. It looks like a normal love hotel (I didn't know this before the day of, but that's on me) -- The room itself is clean and the lighting is good. The flooring on the bathroom is prone to people tripping. The shower area in our room is lower than the toilet, but it's hard to tell by looking Lots of beggars in the area, so walking around seems unsafe. Sad because it's really close to baywalk, but that's out of the hotel's control.
